Save video in case of error
Ziggeo
Thank you for the submission Tamas. We actually have a feature that is called "Breakage Buster" (https://ziggeo.com/features/breakage-buster/) that is built in and always running which listens for connection errors.
When the connection breaks, it will re-try to reach our servers and re-upload the video/audio/image until it eventually detects the connection being back and re-uploads the same media.
This feature also removes the requirement for the end-user recording the video having to do anything other than leaving the tab open to finish uploading. :)

Ziggeo: Yes, that is a great feature, but I'm not talking about only connectivity issues. Currently on R36 we have a processing error on Ziggeo side and many of our customers gave feedback that their recorded videos are lost and that they had to rerecord their messages and it is really hard to tell their story the same way twice.

Tamás Turcsányi: OK, I see. I can better understand where you are coming from and what you are looking for really. What I would suggest is to open a ticket with us as you did before (support@ziggeo.com) about the processing error. We can then check it out and help you sort it out. Generally processing and revisions should not be connected, however if there is something in revision doing it, then we likely fixed it with some future revision.
