Currently all videos are uploaded to the "home" directory of Vimeo. The problem with that is on the Vimeo side, you must be the account owner to view videos in "home". They cannot be shared by other team members. A user with the role "contributor" in Vimeo can be allowed "folder" access, but not "home" directory access.
