Since Flash is no longer supported and WebRTC is working on localhost , the idea is to not block the file:// protocol and instead allow it. This would also make Ziggeo work in services such as Electron

Instead of using automatic approach to determine where the snapshot would be captured by our system, offer the setting that would allow default position of snapshot when gallery of snapshots is not shown.
